RETREAT SCHEDULE  RETREAT ACTIVITIES Heal Your Life 2-Day Workshop Experience this powerful Heal Your Life workshop, originally developed by Louise Hay, in the spiritually charged energy of the beautiful red rocks in Sedona, AZ. The workshop gives participants an intensive format to learn the basic points of philosophy, to develop awareness of negative beliefs, to release old emotions, to love ourselves more fully, and practice techniques for changing our lives. Love and gratitude to Bonnie." – Karen Morning Meditations Each morning, Bonnie will lead an optional meditation session to set the intention for the day's activities. Developed by Rick Nichols, one of Bonnie's original teachers, these meditations will focus on 1) Opening to Healing, 2) Personal Healing, 3) Prosperity, and 4) Going Home. Each meditation is 30-40 minutes, and we'll lay comfortably with blankets and pillows for a peaceful start to each day. Sacred Sounds for the Soul  On Saturday evening, Debra Fleeger and Terry Dawn Bergstedt of Sacred Sounds for the Soul will lead us in transformational sound healing through Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and Gong.  It’s easy to become unbalanced in a world filled with technology and daily stress. Sound healing can be a powerful tool to creating harmonic resonance within the cellular structure preparing the body to naturally restore balance. This process can relieve ailments such as anxiety, insomnia, stress, and PTSD.  After their sound healing session, clients have said that they have experienced a profound sense of well-being, and feel peaceful, relaxed and clear. Join us in this opportunity to elevate your energy, your life and your light! Vortex/Angel Walk Guided Tour  On Sunday afternoon, Angel Valley staff will lead a 2-hour guided tour to explore the Vortexes and Angelic presence on the property. At Angel Valley, an unusually high number of earth energy lines cross the land, resulting in many vortexes and special energy sites. Unique stone circles have been created on these locations to directly align with our chakras or our meridians, correspond with various levels of our consciousness, and connect to the Christ Consciousness, the Angels, and the Beings of Light. During the tour, you will be assisted in making connections with the angels and earth energies and in interpreting your impressions. Rahelio Sweat Lodge  We'll spend Monday afternoon at a sweat lodge ceremony led by Rahelio Rodriguez. The Sweat Lodge is a sacred ceremony that can renew our connection to the circle of life. All things have come forth from the womb of the Great Mother and all things will eventually return. We are related to everything and in this relationship there is power — the power for healing and renewal. It is the Sweat Lodge ceremony that can help restore this balance and bring healing into our relationships with others and with ourselves. It is in the Sweat Lodge that we can affirm what is meaningful in our lives and nurture that which we wish to make manifest. Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation journey, similar to guided meditation, that will help us unwind and process everything experienced during the weekend. Terry Dawn is a certified yoga instructor, sound practitioner, and deep relaxation facilitator. With over 30 years of experience on the Yogic path, her joy includes assisting people on their journey.
