Remove old Williamson 1960s furnace and scrap. Install new Goodman 96% 80k btu furnace and 2.5 ton ac unit. Does not need extra ductpipes. Only modification to plenum. Will need 220 disconnect for ac unit.
Street parking only and there are lots of steps.
You must be very experienced. No beginners or inexperienced please. Need it done now.
