We're a property management company with consistent work across the 400 units we manage in Eastpointe, Clinton township, Roseville, Warren, Oak Park and Detroit.
Requirements:
1. Must have your own tools including at least all the following: drill/impact driver, nail gun, basic hand tools, circular saw, sawzall.
2. Must have reliable transportation
3. Cashapp or a bankaccount for ACH payments. Must be willing to be paid at least 24 hours after a job is complete
4. Smartphone with photo capability - we require pictures of all work.
