American Vision Windows is looking for the best installers to provide the best customer service; we strive to over-succeed on every project! A Lead Installer is responsible for window and door installation of a single job site. Needs to have experience installing replacement retro-fit and new construction windows, patio doors, sliding doors, bi-folds, entry doors, caulking, and finish trim; using a metal break and general construction is a plus. Working knowledge and proficiency: working with general construction, hand and power tools, and manufacturer quality and safety guidelines. Ensures customer satisfaction, pre-arrival planning for materials and resources confirms measurement of window and doors prior to the commencement of work, performs routine to complex window or door installations. Applicants must value and take pride in performing top-quality work • Good leadership skills and ability to work well with others are required. Preferred 3+ years’ experience and pay based on skills.
