Customer Service Representative - Receptionist - Office Assistant
New Fashion Company is seeking a FULL TIME Customer Service Receptionist. The ideal candidate is someone who lives or near Corona, works well in a team-oriented setting, and has excellent interpersonal communication skills. We are a growing office located in the city of Corona. Individual must have an upbeat can do attitude and dress to impress.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing multiple calls, attending customers, and multi-task various assignments.
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

-Adaptability
-Excellent leadership and management skills
-Proven Customer service skills
-Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
-Effective oral and written communication skills
-must have good interpersonal an active listening skills
-solution oriented and results driven
Minimum Education and Experience:
-minimum of 2 years working at an office environment
-able to work 8+ hours plus Saturdays
-Sound decision-making skills, drive and desire to succeed.
-able to work with Outlook, Excel, Word
