CalState Solar is the premier solar installation company for California's finest New Home Builders. We work directly with New Home Builders and alongside all the other trades on constructing Solar-Ready new homes in accordance with the Title 24 laws passed in 2020. We are seeking all who are interested in joining the team. No experience? No problem. We will give you the experience and knowledge you need to be successful. Lots of experience? Perfect. We will put you on a route to manage a crew and run your own developments. We're a family owned company and we operate as such. We're looking for crew members who share similar values, have the desire to work hard, learn, grow, and yes, make money. Pay rate is $18-$45 depending on experience. We're hiring for Foreman and Installers. Foreman must have experience in the industry running jobsites and managing crews to be eligible for the position. Installers with experience are encouraged to apply, but we will hire anyone who has the right attitude and is ready to work hard. After 90 days we offer Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, 401K (10% matched for Foreman), Holiday Pay, and Vacation Pay (once eligible).
