We are looking for a Shop Technician to join our growing team and a person who wants to grow within our company and advance. We provide all of the training required to perform the services needed. What you'll be doing: Perform in house 6- year service on various portable fire extinguishers. Perform annual service of portable fire extinguishers. Order, pick up and drop off new extinguishers between Bellingham and Seattle Prepare portable extinguishers in house for upcoming jobs. Keep warehouse clean and organized daily. Provide support in the field working with other technicians. What we're looking for: High precision/ detail-oriented. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, with little supervision. Basic knowledge of hand tools. Requirements: Able to perform consistently and routinely lift up to 50lbs Frequent bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, grasping, feeling and repetitive motion required. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
