Hello, my name is Tom Hrouda, and I am looking to get into the life coaching industry. I've taken a course in Financial Coaching, and I am looking to get certified. However, I'm required to do a certain number of practice hours to make that happen. To get through that, I am offering free life coaching (preferably in areas related to Financial Coaching, but I'm open to any interesting issues). What I want in return: 1) That you come with positive intent and openness, 2) That you give me something in writing (or e-mail) confirming that I did in fact coach you that I can turn over to my certifying organization, 3) willingness to work with a newbie, and 4) constructive feedback on my coaching process to help me improve. Fair enough? What you would get: A short call to discuss fit. Maybe we just don't get along in a 20 minute phone call, no reason to do coaching, if we don't like each other. A discovery session where you can tell me what issue you are concerned about, and for me and your to develop clarity on what you want to accomplish. Based on what you tell me, I would create a process for addressing that concern using one or more of various life coaching techniques (Mind Mapping, Visioning, Miracle Questions, SWOT analysis, Option Squares, etc. etc. ) and help you walk through the process of figuring out what the best way of moving past your current obstacle. Then I would help you put together an action plan, and offer some accountability coaching to help follow up. So, lets say 6 sessions over the next 6 weeks to help you jump start the New Year (or if you prefer taking Christmas Week Off). Free to you. Help me, help you, overcome a current obstacle to progress and happiness in your life. We meet over Zoom. So, its easy to to do from the comfort of your home or any place else you are in the world. (although I guess you also need to be tech savvy enough to use Zoom.) My qualifications: 50 years old. BS in Economics, JD, 25 years of small business entrepreneurship, and a lovely 40-hour course in Coaching.
