Learn to carve wood and make a spoon! Beginner This workshop will teach participants how to hand carve a wooden serving spoon. Participants will walk away with some woodworking knowledge and a handmade spoon that we will help you make from beginning to finish!  Tools covered: Spoon Gouge, Hook Knife, Straight Knife, Deep Hook Knife Before coming to the class, please read through the Waiver, Release of Liability Form, and sign if you agree. WORKSHOP POLICIES: Closed-toe shoes are required.No loose or dangling hair, clothing or jewelry can be worn in the shop.Shop temperature fluctuates, wear layers.
