Quick job on a foreclosed property, need the following: Gutter downspout extension installed Cap on hot water heater tank relief valve Basement inspected for issues with the floor You must be able to take photos with an app I will provide. You must be able to pick up the items needed at the hardware store. Job should take 15-20 minutes max once you're on site. Pays $40 on the spot once I receive the photos showing work is completed. If you are a handyman or in construction we can discuss the basement floor repair after the inspection as well.
