Non-profit Community Housing Agency is looking for a full-time residential maintenance mechanic to provide building and grounds maintenance for properties in Ossining. Responsibilities include general building maintenance, repairs, light plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, painting and availability to be on-call after-hours as scheduled. Must have a clean driver’s license and hand tools. Candidate must have good verbal and written skills. Salary to commensurate with experience. Healthcare and other benefits provided pending probationary period.
