Looking for someone to drive a company van for pickups, deliveries and to check on clients houses. Busy residential design and management firm seeks an organized, multi-tasking, and hardworking individual. Duties include but are not limited to: Property walk-through/reports, supervising subcontractors for property maintenance, preparing for clients arrival. Must live locally to the Newport, RI area as the ability to respond to emergency and or alarm calls at any time of day or night is a must Being part of a rotating on call schedule for weekend emergencies Furniture pickups/deliveries. Must be flexible with the tasks given as the companies needs and priorities can change at any time Candidate must have a driver's license, no criminal record, good communication skills, and be able to report back to office, as well as a self-starter. Will have access to company vehicles, cell phone, clients house keys and alarm codes, storage facilities
