Handyman We are seeking a full time handyman/generalist for two commercial properties. Responsibilities include: Performing routine maintenance work and make repairs to the properties as needed, including light plumbing, wiring, carpentry, painting and plastering. Ability to resolve problems and adhere to safety guidelines. Work closely with Property Manager to schedule and coordinate tasks. Must have knowledge of routine power tools and cleaning equipment. Be on call for weekends /emergency should the need arise. Ability to undergo pre-employment background clearance.
