We R a small group of musicians & singers (men & women), in or 50's & 60's, We have 1 lead guitar, 1 rhythm guitar; 1 male singer, 1 female singer & drums... SEEKING A NEW BASS PLAYER!. Call Material: songs you know from RnR radio stations., but uncommon in the bar circuits - not typical bar standards. 60s/70s/80s mainly... some 90s +, some more current; we've even talked about early 50's R&B/motown (No dance, no"house", no electronic, no rap or hip hop... ever!) Some of what we'll cover/audition with (for starters): Gimme Shelter (Rolling Stones) China Grove (Doobie Bros) No Matter What (Badfinger) Because the Night (10,000 Maniacs MTV unplugged) Don't Stop Believing (Journey) Just What I Needed (The Cars) Oh! Darling (Beatles) Shadows or the Night (Pat Benatar) Rebel Rebel (Bowie) Dirty Deeds (AC/DC) Dreaming (Blondie) Goodbye to You (Scandal/Patty Smyth) Rehearsals R 1 night a week ONLY, starting @ 8 PM for 2 to 2.5 hours...
