Hello, I need a 1/2" copper hot water line connected in a commercial condo at 15 N Beacon Street, Allston, MA 02134. It needs to be done by a Mass Licensed Plumber who can provide a copy of their license and certificate of insurance before doing it. Also, I have several multi-family houses, all over 100 years old that need plumbing on a regular basis. My regular plumber is a father and son operation and they can barely keep up with emergency calls, so I would like to find someone good to work with. My regular plumber would charge $260 for this job, but I am willing to pay up to $500 to get it done ASAP. THIS JOB: Must be done in the morning before 10 a.m. - you can start as early as you wish - Turn off ball valve to hot supply - Cut into supply serving bathroom and put a "T" - Connect to 1/2" copper approximately 24" away - Turn on ball valve.
