In this meditation, we activate the energy centers in our system: the heart chakra, linked in this dimension to love, and the crown chakra, linked to universal love. Once they are activated, we are filled with this high vibrating energy; clearing and strengthening our entire system as we bless and share this love through our hands to our Planet. With our system strengthened and fueled with this light, we cleanse and disintegrate stress, fear, anxiety and other negative vibrations in all other major force centers in our body. The benefits of this meditation are numerous: stress relief, greater mental clarity, improvement of your psychic and cognitive abilities as well as improvement of various psychological conditions.
