Percy is 14, neutered, and well-behaved in the sense that he does not knock things off tables or shelves. He has taken to defecating on the couch and other places as well as the litter boxes. I can't keep up with him but have not been able to surrender him to city services. He is a nice cat. He likes to have his belly rubbed. Percy gets along with our other cat and small dog. We have four kids and he tolerates them as well. His profile is listed on Adopt a Pet and Rehome. I will keep trying to find him a new home.
