About Rachel Hirschey, C.H.
Rachel was born and raised in Colorado, on unceded Ute, Arapahoe, and Cheyenne land. She is a 2nd generation herbalist trained in the Vitalist tradition. Learning from her father in the foothills of Boulder, Rachel has been working with the wild and medicinal plants of the mountain West since childhood. It is this connection to the land that led to her passion for comprehensive health: combining physical & mental health, a sense of place, and a sense of purpose to heal the whole person. Through this approach, Rachel focuses on multi-dimensional healing for holistic wellness. Rachel holds certificates in Fundamentals in Medical Herbalism and Advanced Medical Herbalism from the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism. She is currently working toward certifications in Clinical Herbalism, Nutrition, and Bach Flower Essences at the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism as well as a certification in Trauma Informed Herbalism from the American Herbalist's Guild.
