2021 Kansas City Restaurant Week presented by Sysco. Kansas City Restaurant Week (KCRW) is KC’s premier dining event, founded by Visit KC and the Greater Kansas City Restaurant Association (GKCRA) in an effort to support the regional restaurant community. 2021 will mark the 12th year for the 10-day dining event, spotlighting KC as one of the country's hottest dining destinations. Each year, KCRW partners with local charities to raise funds for deserving causes, with 10 percent of the revenue generated by participating restaurants to benefit this year's featured charity, The Don Bosco Centers. The Visit KC Foundation and the GKCRA Education Foundation receive a portion of the donations, as well.   Reminders: Membership with the GKCRA is required. Membership with Visit KC is no longer required. Non-members of GKCRA will receive a discounted introductory membership with the registration fee. KCRW features a wide array of restaurants, perfect for diners to visit old favorites and try the many new restaurants that make headlines in the Kansas City metro area. KCRW also allows Kansas City to show off its finest culinary talents, demonstrating why the KC dining scene is among the nation's best–all while helping out local charities.  Do I have to be a member of both Visit KC and GKCRA to participate? No, participating restaurants only need to be members of the Greater Kansas City Restaurant Association.
