REGISTRATION FEE   What you need to bring to class: One-sheet, one-face cradle cover and face cradle pillow. Please come with pedicured feet or wear socks. For therapists comfort please wear loose, clothing. Yoga capris or pants work best; if you wear yoga pants, we’ll roll the pant legs up to the knee. Men find basketball shorts or sweatpants to be most appropriate. Also, students need to please bring drinks and snacks. But we do provide water. During class, we will break for a short lunch. Bring a mat and stool. Also, we prefer a thick yoga or exercise mat, rather than a bulky one.  Because the student will place the stool right next to the client, the stool is sometimes on the mat.  For instance, if the mat is too thick, the stool will be unstable. A folding 17-inch stool will work fine. If you’re taller than 5’10” you may prefer a 24-inch stool. Also, students will need two pillows for your client to bolster the knees and a face cradle for the floor. Also, we provide the face cradle frames in the workshop. Besides, one comes with the class – you’ll need your cushioned face rest to place over the frame. In order to keep heel smooth, we recommend heel socks.
