Refresco Warehouse Coordinator FULL-TIME $18.50/hr 2525 Schuetz Rd, Maryland Heights, MO 63043 Warehouse Coordinator provides a comprehensive and efficient administrative service to the warehouse department encompassing input, monitoring, and integrity of data onto the computerized systems, and manual documents. Specific Accountabilities: Check in over the road truck drivers arriving with appointments to pick up/deliver scheduled loads. Assign warehouse forklift drivers loads via computerized vehicle mounted units. Package goods to ship via Fed Ex, UPS, and DHL. Received concentrates, labels, small parts, and small packages for various departments. Coordinate scheduling shuttle drivers and tacking shuttle drivers. Write SOP's. Coordinate shipping recycled materials to recycling companies. Prepare reports for Plant Manager. Ensure the dock are are maintained in a safe manner. Schedule all local deliveries. Coordinate inner office mail. Perform SLS Row Verifications on a daily basis. Coordinate warehouse shuttles with the off site warehouse. Confirm orders in SAP or Cimpro. Receive raw materials in SAP or Cimpro. Communicate with the customer service department on shipping issues. Monitor and control the Walmart shuttle outside the warehouse. Manage front office area, greet guests, sign guests in and maintain lobby area. Other administrative duties as assigned. Responsible for Quality and Food Safety.
