Selling house, need yard cleanup help

Need help with yard in preparation for selling house. Looking for one row of hedges trimmed, some bushes cut back, and then there are 2 bushes in front of house that were cut by my wife who had no actual plan to remove/replace them (see pics). Ideally would like to replace, or just come up with a way to make everything look decent. There's some other misc stuff like tidying up the garden out back if you want more work. You can audit/quote onsite if you'd like as well. Thank you!
