Gristmill Builders is looking for Carpenters Assistants to learn high-end building construction. We are a reputable building company specializing in high-end homes looking for employees that are forward-thinking, detail-oriented. Individuals must be organized, reliable, possess good communication skills, and be motivated. The ability to be effective as part of a team is necessary for the position. The qualified applicants must be legal to work in the US and have a valid drivers license. Experience working in the building field is a plus but we are willing to train the right person.
