Join us for our first annual Somos EdCamp 2022 in Lockhart, TX! All are welcome! #SomosEdCamp Edcamps are free, participant-driven, un-conferences that empower educators to maximize professional learning experiences and peer networks. Due to the exponential growth in the state of Texas, this Edcamp will focus on instructional strategies, tools, and best practices for serving the needs of our Emergent Bilinguals. All of these sessions are great for all students, but essential for our Emergent Bilinguals. Participant-Driven: Session topics are determined by participants. Conversations and collaboration are key! Free + Open to All: Free professional learning events to learn and network. Experience, not Experts: Sessions are facilitated by participants, not pre-planned presentations. All are welcome to share! Rule of Two Feet: Educators are empowered to find sessions that meet their needs. Find what interests you! Bonuses : Free food, drinks, music and prizes!
