Welder neede for small job

I am going to be needing a rectangle metal box fabricated up using 1/2" plate for the frame cut to 1 1/2" widths. Size of the box is 60" x 34", @ 90 degree corners. Ornamental pre-fabbed metal bollards will used in the interior of the box, mounted to the 1 1/2" frame. Unfinished or if a good enough price, exterior finish applied. This box will be inserted into a damaged backyard brick wall. I will pick up finished product, no need to build on site.
