Let's raise our vibration and elevate our vision As we approach the new year, we are excited to come together and share ideas, inspiration and goals moving forward. A lot can change in a year, and it's nice to check back in with ourselves to see how to redirect our focus and energy. Whether you believe in New Year's Resolutions or not, let's get inspired and have some fun - set some intentions and share an evening with like minded humans. In this workshop, we will be spending 1 hour discussing how to manifest the lives we want to live. This is an inspiring way to reshape our mental patterns and recognize our limitless potential. We will take that inspiration and put it into 1.5 hours of vision boarding. What is a vision board? It is a collection of images, words or art that represent or remind of us of our goals and visions. These are typically things we are trying to attract and suggest to keep it in a place where you will often see it! What you will need: images/words/material for vision boards. You can also feel free to bring art supplies such as pens, stickers, stencils etc. to add to your vision! We will have scissors and glue sticks available, but if you have your own, feel free to bring them too! What's included: The poster boards will be included in the cost of this workshop and we will have magazines to look through and use but suggest you bring material that is specific to what your goals are as well. (example: yoga, job, travel, goals, affirmations, etc) With: Kaycie Hall & Kimberly Valente Cost: $25. Members: $15 Elevate was created with a pure and honest intention to serve the community. This intention is the backbone of our studio, and we want everyone who walks through the door to feel welcomed and appreciated.  We strive to cultivate a strong and supportive yoga community for all, and this is why we've chosen to run off of donations. We trust in the process of honest giving and receiving - a true practice of karma. We also strive to bring yoga off the mat and into the world. We encourage each student to embrace their inner explorer - understanding the importance of nature and the life that surrounds us.
