Go Crimson! About The Game The Yale Bowl will host the 137th meeting between Harvard's Crimsons and Yale's Bulldogs, a rivalry so epic that it is simply known as "The Game". The two teams first met on November 13, 1875 and Harvard won, 4-0.  This game pre-dated the modern football scoring system and resembled more of rugby than what we know of American football today, according to Fenway Sports Management. Yale leads the series 68-60-8. The battle between Harvard's Crimson and Yale's Bulldogs is the football season finale for both Harvard and Yale.   The Harvard Club of Merrimack Valley (a merger of the former Harvard Clubs of Andover and Lowell) serves areas in and around the Merrimack Valley.  Membership is open to the Harvard Community, including students, alumni/ae, faculty and employees of all Harvard-affiliated schools and their families. The Harvard Club of Merrimack Valley (HCMV) exists... to promote and carry out educational programs for and by graduates of Harvard University, Harvard College, Radcliffe College, and the University’s various schools; to raise funds for Harvard scholarships, educational, and charitable purposes; to recruit and interview candidates for Harvard College on behalf of the Harvard Admissions Office; to organize and promote educational and cultural events; to extend understanding of the aims and achievements of Harvard University; to promote the interest of all Harvard University students and alumni/alumnae in various academic, educational and cultural activities; and, to represent the interests and achievements of Harvard University and its graduates and students in the Andover/Greater Lowell area.   Harvard Club of Merrimack Valley, Inc.
