Name a better way to celebrate Blackout Wednesday than with Ignite Gaming Lounge's very first 21+ Bario Party tournament. De-stress from the anxieties of Thanksgiving with us at Ignite Skokie on 11/24 as we compete in a new casual drinking game - if you liked Beerio Kart, you'll LOVE Bario Party! Bario Party is Ignite's ultimate Mario Party Drinking Game in the form of a competitive tournament. Winners will be crowned, shots will be had, and memories will be made in this 32 person exclusive event featuring the new Mario Party Superstars on the Nintendo Switch. The rules are simple (but will be provided for you): Drink any time you… - Start a mini game - Lose a mini-game - Land on a red space - Use items (mushroom, coinblock, etc.) - Someone else gets a star - Roll a 1 or a 10 - Get hit/injured/smashed/fall in a mini-game Finish your drink if… - Bowser shows up - Someone steals a star from you - You reach a star, but can’t afford it - You come in last place in the Coin Battle round 1x per game shot handicap: Take a shot before a mini game, and your opponents must wait 10 seconds before starting. ----------- TOURNAMENT GUIDELINES: Mario Party Superstars highlights classic Mario Party mini games, so we will be putting a focus on the mini game portion of the game. - 3 Rounds of 10 game Coin Battle Mini Games - Double elimination style bracket - Top 2 in each round move on to Winner's Bracket, Bottom 2 move on to Loser's Bracket - Semi-finals and Finals will play 10 turn Mario Party games - Per Beerio Kart feedback, the Loser's Bracket has been expanded! So more games + more drinks for everyone. Bracket will be posted in the Ignite Gaming Lounge Discord Server for players to follow along throughout the night. ----------- Top 4 winners will receive prizing including Ignite Gaming Lounge game time, Mario Party medals, bragging rights, and a discounted bar tab.This event is 21+ only, and you will need to purchase 2 drinks to compete (minimum!).
