Who has the best Street Food in Sacramento? Sacramento’s best food trucks and caterers take to the street (well, taproom) and battle it out monthly! The best part? You get to be the judge! How does this work? 3 vendors compete for not only a cash prize but a chance to be invited back for the All-Star Fight. Each chef is responsible for serving 3 creative and delicious bites using the special ingredients given to them; ingredients rotate monthly and are sponsored by local growers and vendors. While the cash prize will be awarded to the day's popular vote (that you choose), the chef chosen to move to the All-Star Fight will be selected by 3 impartial judges. THE INGREDIENTS: Apples, Pork, Butternut Squash Sound like fun? All you have to do is buy your ticket, try all the bites and vote for your favorite! Beer starts flowing at 11am, food and voting run from 12-3pm, then votes will be tallied, winners announced and the party keeps going till last call at 7pm.
