Join us at the 17th annual San Diego International Children's Film Festival, 10 am to 4 pm Saturday Dec. 4 at the San Diego Central Library downtown. Some of the most creative and entertaining short films for children from around the globe. Filmmakers and animators will answer questions on their work and how young people can begin preparing to do the same. Short films in one-hour blocks starting at 10 am.
