We have an opening for a part time rental cleaning position, between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm weekdays only, in Springfield, Missouri. Hours could be flexible, depending on your schedule, as long as they are within that 9-5 time frame. We anticipate about 20 hours weekly. Duties will include a thorough cleaning of each vacant unit as they come available. These are rentals. Some units are a simple wipe down. But other times it's down and dirty. You would be working alone, and we will be cautious concerning covid. We pay weekly, every Friday, and we withhold taxes appropriately. We hold back one week to process payroll. You will need your own licensed and insured vehicle, a valid driver license, and a clean criminal background. We furnish all the supplies needed.
