Looking for a live-in resident manager for a 19 unit apartment building. Building is Downtown San Leandro. Applicants must have some plumbing, electrical and dry-wall experience, be organized, diligent and able to be on-call for emergencies. This unique opportunity allows for freedom of schedule, but applicants are expected to prioritize building issues and emergencies. This position starts with reduced rent, salary and hourly wage.
