Relaxation Room services to choose from: Cozzia Chair Massage- This chair scans your spine and measures the tension within your body to custom tailor the massage to you. The chair utilizes a vario motion mechanism to provide the most human like massage you can get from a chair. There are 64 airbags throughout the chair that compress tension from the legs, hips, arms and shoulders. Light & Sound Therapy- 2 components work together to create a hypnotic and deeply relaxing experience. Each session has predetermined light patterns and ambient music designed to trigger different reactions from the mind. Some sessions aim to relax, some create an increased ability to focus and some are designed to elicit feelings of exhilaration. It's like a massage for your brain! Salt Therapy- Our Salt booth allows you to get the benefits of a salt room session in 20 minutes or less! The negatively charged salt ions also help to calm the Central Nervous System and alleviate feelings of stress and anxiety, while soothing the respiratory system. Maria Sellars has a dynamic background in the health and wellness industry, which she has worked in for over 10 years! She is a Business Owner, Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach.  She loves working in the healing industry, and helping people to create radical changes in their lifes.  We all deserve to live a life we love, and Maria aims to help you create that! .
