Beginner Tai chi is a gentle, effective workout for the Body, Mind, and Spirit.
We work with the breath, alignment, relaxation, and movements.
The student will find that they are calm and energized at the same time!
Wear comfortable clothes, flat soled shoes, socks, or go barefoot.
Bring water and get ready to relax and melt your stress away.
Liz DiPaolis has been practicing and teaching Tai Chi for over 35 years. She loves sharing her passion and welcomes new students.
