TAMPA, FL — Tampa police detectives are seeking tips in the death investigation of a 25-year-old homeless woman known only as "Jenny." She was a familiar presence around Sulphur Springs. District II officers found her dead outside a home in the 8500 block of 9th Street North near Fairbanks Avenue around 6 a.m. on Nov. 2.
