Outside Fun Run/Walk To Start Your Day!
This run/walk is perfect for beginners, seasoned marathoners, and everyone in between. You’ll be coached through alternating intervals of running or walking and active recovery to optimize your workout and build endurance, but you control your speed to best fit your experience level and personal goals.
Meet outside the STRIDE Studio, head out for our run/walk and end at Brooklyn Bagel (next door to STRIDE) for a complimentary coffee on us.
