Dates: September 20 and 22, 2022 Time: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Location: NEPIRC Training Room and virtually via MS Teams This NEW two-day class from NEPIRC will help you become a critical thinker who seeks to find unique solutions to the problems you are facing. NEPIRC’s new Critical Thinking & Problem Solving Camp class will help participates to better understand and solve business issues while learning several different problem solving techniques that can be used every day. Through exercises and conversations with classmates, attendees will learn how to overcome business challenges. Executives will be able to use “system thinking” to design policies that lead to higher performance in their organizations. Prior to its start, NEPIRC class instructor, Brian Matyjevich, a certified Master Black Belt, will meet one-on-one with each attendee to form a better understanding of his or her unique business challenges and goals. The takeaways from each discussion will be used to create the exercises that will bedone to ensure this class specifically addresses the issues each participant is facing. As a result, attendees will have the opportunity to also learn from other organizations while improving their own. This course is eligible for WEDnetPA funding.
