The Independent Business Association of Wisconsin (IBAW) hosts CT Access and Fearing's Audio, Video & Security presenting "Cyber Security for Small Business." The program will be held on November 19, 2021, 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. at the Wisconsin Club, 900 W Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, Wis. A plated breakfast will be served. Steve Kohlmann, executive director of IBAW, said, "It's not a matter of will it happen but when it will happen. Cyber threats are on the rise, not just from foreign actors but from within our own borders and maybe even within your own company. How do you even begin to work on such a daunting task? What steps can small business take to secure their computer network and their core business?" This month's presenters are from CT Access and Fearing's Audio, Video & Security on the subjects of IT Hygiene, End Point Protection, and how to handle remote workers and their exposure to your network. IBAW members will meet for an in-person meeting at the Wisconsin Club. Note that advance registration is required. Seating will be limited at this event. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
