NEW YORK, NY — COVID-19 vaccinations are available for children aged 5-11, and the city of New York has a number of options for families looking to have their child protected against the virus. Dozens of vaccination sites offering the Pfizer vaccine for kids are available across NYC's five boroughs, a city map shows. The city is offering an incentive to those getting a COVID vaccine at city-run sites. Nearly 17,000 children of that age have so far received their first dose, de Blasio said Monday. Family pediatricians will also have the vaccine available. Those who cannot travel to a vaccination site may sign up to get the vaccination at home.
