NEW YORK CITY — A wild shooting over tips at a Queens karaoke bar led to an off-duty NYPD sergeant facing criminal charges, according to reports. Raymond Wong, 45, faces two assault counts after being arrested Monday, authorities said. The incident unfolded at a karaoke bar in Flushing's Chinatown, the New York Daily News first reported. A woman — who may have been involved in prostitution — complained that three men refused to tip her, according to the Daily News. Wong at some point got involved and got into a violent scuffle inside a private room, the report states.
