Yoga @ The Yard Phoenix hosted by Desiree Peregrina Join us for a socially distanced yoga class hosted by Desiree Peregrina. Desiree completed her 200-hour Hot Yoga training with Radi8 Hot Yoga in 2020 but has always been a student of the practice and philosophy. Yoga has been a part of her life for over 10 years and has helped her grow strong and flexible on or off the mat. Yoga inspires Desiree to live with more gratitude every day - she hopes after a class with her you can step off your mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced.
