THE STANDARD ANN ARBOR - CONSTRUCTION TOUR Tour of 10 story student apartment building under construction in Ann Arbor at South Main and WilliamInfo:Foundations and structure to second floor are concrete columns with post tensioned structure, designed by Robert Darvas & AssociatesSecond Floor to Roof is constructed with light gauge system with concrete metal pan floors with shop built Eisen Wall System assembled on siteExterior cladding includes brick, ACM panels, and standing seam metalProgram includes studios, 1-4 bedroom apartments, retail, fitness, pool deck study deck, etc.Where: Meet out in front of Construction Office at 512 South Main Street and we will walk to the siteWhen:  Wednesday November 17th, meet at 4:15 so we are ready as a group to walk to the site at 4:30Who:    AIA Huron Valley Members only, limited to the first 25 who sign up, tour led by Mike Rose, Senior Superintendent, Landmark Properties  How:    Must bring PPE – hardhat, safety glasses, hard sole shoes, mask and MUST be vaccinated (some PPE may be available on site)Why:    1.25 hours of continuing education, HSW credit – and our first hardhat tour in quite a while!
