We are needing someone to stop our tub faucet from running today. It's running continuously and won't stop. I'm thinking we need a new tub faucet. Depending on how much you charge I will have you change the tub faucet in our other bathroom as well. I need you to tell me how much you will charge. I'm also needing estimates for this below for possible future work: 1. Hauling a oven (burners don't work, oven does), refrigerator (doesn't work, but someone could probably fix easily, lawnmower (won't start, but someone could probably fix easily, microwave, large bean bag, couch, box, and a few other random items. I feel like this hauling should be no cost because some items you can probably sell for profit. 2. I need to know how much you will charge to replace tiles on our small kitchen floor? 3. I need to know how much you will charge to replace tiles in both our small bathrooms floor & walls? 4. I need to know how much you will charge to replace or paint a kitchen cabinet? 5. I need to know how much you will charge to install 2 new toilets? 6. I need to know how much you will charge to install 2 kitchen vanities? 7. I need to know how much you will charge to paint inside a house? 8. I need to know how much you will charge to install ceiling fans & lighting? 9. I need to know how much you will charge to put together a 5-shelf bookcase and a 9 cube organizer? 10. I need an estimate to fix a hole in our ceiling as well. 11. How much would you charge for a washer & dryer hook up? 12. I need to know how much you will charge to put on a small door for a utility room & lock? I need you to get the door & lock. 13. I need to know how much you will charge to put on a front screen door & better locks? I need you to get the door & locks or if the door is okay put a new screen on the door. This is all I can think of for now. Our place needs a lot of work. I want quality work at good prices. As, you see we need a lot of work done and don't have tons of money. Our story: I moved back to Miami a little over 3 weeks ago because my mom was diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer. So, I moved back in my mother's house to take care of her and be here for her through this difficult journey. So, when I say we don't have a lot of money I mean it. We have a tremendous amount of expenses related to her illness. I'm just going to do my best as her son to try to get somethings in her house fixed slowly so she can have the comfortable life she deserves.
