The Assistant will be responsible for training employees, checking on work quality, and providing support as needed. The schedule requires flexibility. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Train staff in a timely manner Complete the inspections and training staff based on the results.  Responsible for meetings with clients, this is to ensure each job is met with complete satisfaction Report to Management on a daily basis with information on complaints, problems, purchases, labor issues, and any other activities  Complete required payroll paperwork in a timely manner Must be experienced in General Cleaning, such as entrance, reception area, and foyer area cleaning Sweeping, mopping, and polishing of floors Carpet cleaning experience Experience in Stripping, Scrubbing, and Waxing Floors At Least 5 Years of Cleaning Experience Strong Leadership Qualities Strong communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Must be willing to work assigned hours Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Must be physically able to bend, stoop, climb and reach Must be able to lift, move and use containers of water, cleaning fluids, and germicidal agents Must be able to lift and use wet mop and other janitorial equipment Work outdoors in all changing weather condition in geographical area Standing and/or walking, sitting, stooping, or kneeling Some computers skills required Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) For more information, please call 201-449-3581 or 786-390-5837
