It’s that time of year again! Suffolk Independent Living Organization has officially started collecting new holiday items for local families with disabilities, chronic illness, and cancer, who cannot afford to have a holiday season on their own. This year, due to the pandemic, so many children put warm clothing, blankets, or actual beds to sleep in on their wish lists, which is heart-wrenching. No child should have to go without these necessities! We are looking forward to putting smiles on many children’s faces this holiday season, but can only do so with your support!
