TroyBoi The Up & Up Festival returns to State College for the 3rd semester in a row, this time with London trap legend, Troyboi. Penn State students won a spot on our Spring 2020 College Tour and we're bringing this to a brand new state-of-the-art venue. Pre-sales sold-out in 48-hours without a date or location. This experience was made possible by passionate Penn State students who won this concert from a national competition consisting of 65 colleges. What's the refund policy because of Covid-19? Email [email protected] at anytime if you need a refund. Is my registration fee or ticket transferable? Yes, but it's only one ticket per person. If someone with your ticket is scanned in before yours, you're out of luck. Is it OK if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Yes, but please be careful. We're not responsible if you lose your ticket or if someone has access to it before you have it scanned. Will Troyboi be performing indoors or outdoor? Indoors Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? It's not required. We can scan it from your smart phone. Will tickets be available to purchase at the door? Depending on capacity.
