You are the ideal candidate if you have experience in maintenance duties for apartment turnover, including painting, and repair skills including plumbing, appliance repair, general building repairs and completion of resident service requests. Additional duties will include cleaning grounds and common areas and taking emergency calls. +We require at least 1.5 years’ experience in apartment maintenance on 50+unit properties + Current 07B Electrical License is a plus and will pay additional! We can help you to attain this and other certifications. + Customer service attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work as a team are key in your making this position a success! +Applicant must pass drug and background screening Competitive pay plus an excellent benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision and 401K match of up to 25%.
