My team is hiring for full and part time positions hanging christmas lights, gutter cleaning, and roof moss removal from now until Mid December. Employment is optional to return to work again in January to take the lights down and do other odd jobs for my 200+ clients in the Seattle Neighborhoods including: Queen Anne, Magnolia, Ballard, Greenwood, Blue Ridge, Crown Hill, West Seattle, and Madison Park. Most of the jobs are in Queen Anne and Magnolia. As the owner and jobsite manager I will provide all equipment including ladders, clips, fasteners, gloves, and everything we need to get the job done. Requirements and Expectations: - Must have your own transportation - Work starts at 8am and ends at 5pm (Unless you are a part time employee) - Be on time - Be physically fit to climb and carry ladders - Have good work ethic and be a self starter - Communication skills - Problem solver - Follow through with your commitments - Have a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard - Have good work boots that are waterproof and rain gear - Be consistent and reliable Pay: starts at $25/hr with incentives, christmas bonus, and raises dependant on your ability to follow the requirements/expectations. If you show value quickly, your pay increases quickly. Having a work truck with ladder racks is valuable.
