MERIDEN— A Meriden resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Wallingford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On November 8, Gerald Greco, of Meriden purchased a 10X Cash 15th Edition ticket from the Foodmart in Wallingford and won $10,000.
