Free dog to good home

We have had to move from a house with a fenced in yard to an apartment(not by choice). We can't keep our dog, Rocky. He is approximately 6 or 7 years old, Boxer mix mutt. He has been raised with kids and cats. He is a very lovable dog. He is not neutered nor is he up to date on his shots. We have to do something and none of the shelters are accepting dogs right now.
